Every action is placed in one of three bands, in writing, before it happens — the system acts, a named authority has to release it, or it is never automated. The EU AI Act requires human oversight of high-risk systems; we hold everything we run to that same standard, including the parts the law does not reach.

The Nasdaq is read through what feeds it — power, compute, cooling and the networks under the AI build-out — not as a basket of technology names.
The dollar, real yields and global liquidity are context: conditions that decide whether a plan is valid, not instruments we trade.
Each week's plan is published dated and left standing. It is not edited once the week has run. The weeks it was wrong stay up with the weeks it was right — a record that only keeps its winners is not a record.

We publish what the method and the data show. We do not tell any individual what to buy or sell, we do not size positions for anyone, and we do not manage money.
III · Governance
Every action an agent can take sits in one of three bands. The band is decided before the action, in writing — not argued about afterwards, and never by the system itself.
Runs alone. Gathering data, computing levels, drafting, indexing. Nothing leaves the building.
Prepared by the system, released under named authority. Anything that reaches a third party, anything published, and any change to a standing rule.
Never automated. Money, credentials, contracts, and anything a licensed professional has to sign.
Pick an action and see where it lands. The band is decided before the action, in writing — not argued afterwards.

The standard we hold ourselves to is the one Europe reserves for high-risk systems.
Article 14 of the EU AI Act requires that high-risk AI be built so a person can follow what it is doing, read its output correctly, and disregard, override or reverse it — with a way to stop it outright. It does not list what may run unattended; it makes oversight a condition of running at all. Most of what we do would not be classed as high-risk. We apply the same test to it anyway.
A system that cannot explain itself has not finished the work.

When a family is suddenly inside a serious illness, the first problem is almost never the legal one. It is that nobody knows which document is where, what has to be decided this week, or who was already told what. Emotion answers first and reason arrives late — and that is where families lose their money, and each other.
The First Days is one calm written record for a family under pressure: what exists, what has been decided, what is still open, and who is responsible for it. In writing, in one place, in one voice — so the same story does not have to be told again at every counter.
Much of what a family needs is already owed to them. What gets lost is not the right — it is the deadline.
This one is not theory. It comes from twenty-eight months inside it.
About
Hive Governance is the practice of Nuno Miguel Cabruja — a trader of more than a decade in gold, silver, Bitcoin and energy, who builds the systems he works with rather than renting them.
Governance is the through-line. The discipline that decides whether a trade is taken is the same discipline that decides whether an agent may act: the rule is written before the moment, and what happened is recorded after it.
That is an unfashionable way to build with artificial intelligence. It is also the only way to hand the result to someone who intends to take it apart, and have it hold.
