Privacy — what is kept, and how it is erased

Who is responsible

What is kept

The email address; the name, if one is left; the areas ticked; the page language; the date; and the two-letter country the connection reports. No IP address.

Why, and for how long

Consent, given by ticking the box. It is kept until the opening email is sent and never longer than 24 months — then it is deleted automatically.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the database and delivers the email. Nobody else. Nothing is sold or handed over.

Cookies

None. No analytics, no tracking. The language chosen is remembered by the browser itself.

Erasure and rights

Write to info@hivegov.ai and the record is erased, with nothing kept in its place. Access and correction work the same way. There is also the right to complain to the CNPD.
