A file that holds up.

Disputes are lost on chronology, not on argument. You send the box of documents. We return the timeline, and the list of everything that is asserted but nowhere proved.

How it runs

Intake

You send what exists — email exports, scans, contracts, filings. No ordering required. Disorder is the normal starting condition.

Reconstruction

Each fact is placed on the timeline with its source attached. Nothing enters without a document behind it.

Review

A second pass, by a different reader, checks every citation against the original before the file is released.

Who it is for

—Law practices. The document archaeology that has to happen before the argument can be written.
—Accountants. Reconstructing what was agreed, paid and filed, when the paper trail is spread across six years and four inboxes.
—Estate agencies. Promissory contracts, deeds, licences, condominium records and commission disputes — high document volume, and their own legal desk waiting on it.

We establish facts. We do not advise on the merits.

The chronology is a factual instrument, prepared for the professional who will argue the case. Legal strategy, and the advice that follows from it, belong to the practice that instructs us.

Each week's plan is published dated and left standing. It is not edited once the week has run. The weeks it was wrong stay up with the weeks it was right — a record that only keeps its winners is not a record.

What the machine may do alone.

Every action an agent can take sits in one of three bands. The band is decided before the action, in writing — not argued about afterwards, and never by the system itself.

GREEN

Runs alone. Gathering data, computing levels, drafting, indexing. Nothing leaves the building.

AMBER

Prepared by the system, released under named authority. Anything that reaches a third party, anything published, and any change to a standing rule.

RED

Never automated. Money, credentials, contracts, and anything a licensed professional has to sign.

Rules first. A record after.

Hive Governance is the practice of Nuno Miguel Cabruja — a trader of more than a decade in gold, silver, Bitcoin and energy, who builds the systems he works with rather than renting them.

Governance is the through-line. The discipline that decides whether a trade is taken is the same discipline that decides whether an agent may act: the rule is written before the moment, and what happened is recorded after it.

That is an unfashionable way to build with artificial intelligence. It is also the only way to hand the result to a lawyer, an accountant or an investor and have it survive being questioned.
